About Albæ — Curated Wellness Experiences for Curious People
Albæ is a members-only platform that connects people through intimate, curated wellness experiences across Europe's most vibrant cities — Milan, Zurich, Paris, Barcelona, and beyond. We believe that the best way to meet like-minded people is not through a profile swipe or a crowded networking event, but through a shared, meaningful activity: a sunrise breathwork session, a sauna and cold-plunge evening, a slow Sunday lunch, or a guided forest walk at dusk.
Every week, each Albæ member receives three curated invitations directly on WhatsApp — no app to download, no algorithm to game. The invitations are handpicked by our AI matching engine, which learns your preferences over time: the kind of conversations that energise you, the experiences you gravitate toward, and the rhythm that fits your week. Monday morning, three doors open. You choose which to walk through.
Groups are kept deliberately small — six to eight people per experience. This is not a coincidence. Research consistently shows that genuine human connection flourishes in small, intentional settings where every voice has space. Albæ is designed around this principle. How the matching works
When you apply, you complete a short questionnaire — roughly three minutes — that tells us about your wellness preferences, your social style, and your ideal weekly rhythm. Our AI engine uses this profile to place you in groups where the energy, interests, and life stages of the members are genuinely compatible. Over time, every experience you attend feeds back into the model, making each subsequent invitation sharper and more aligned with who you are.
Albæ is currently active in Milan and expanding to Zurich, Paris, and Barcelona throughout 2025 and 2026. Applications are open. Membership is by invitation or waitlist.
